Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your charter up to 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the charter receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the charter are non-refundable.

Weather Cancellations

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable by the captain or management, you will be offered the option to reschedule your charter (subject to availability) or receive a full refund.
